Introduction

The projects are undertaken by the following individuals as a corporate entity in the name of “Sri Ayyapaa Builders Private Limited” carrying the activities under the name and style of “GUHAAS”.

“GUHAAS” have executed various projects in Chennai covering nearly 4,00,000 sq.ft of apartments. The latest project has been completed at Thiruvanmiyur spreading over 9 grounds consisting of 2 Blocks.“GUHAAS MOTTO”quality is in-built brick by brick not made up.

Director Message

The individuals who are director of the company have long standing experience in the construction industry as builders and flat promoters.

Construction is a family business of Mr.J.Seetharaman, Managing Director of the corporate entity son of Mr.(Late) T.S.Jagadeesan of Mayavaram, who was having vast experience in the industry and with reputation had executed various projects & civil works with railways (as zonal Contractors) PWD,CPWD & local bodies etc. for more than 35 years.

Mr.J.Seetharaman a Chartered Accountant by qualification had the benefit of working with his father and evinced more interest in the family business. He has thorough knowledge of construction activity and proven managerial skills to coordinate with the persons of technical knowledge and workers of this unorganized sector. He manages the day to day activities in a professional manner.
