The construction business started by Sri TS Jagadeesan (Mayavaram) father of Sri J. Seetharaman, 8 decades before under various entities. A private limited company Sri Ayyapaa Builders private limited( Trade Name – GUHAAS) was formed during the year 2004 to pursue the business further as a corporate entity by Sri J Seetharaman, a chartered accountant.

During Last 10 years we have executed about 4,00,000sq.ft.( including subcontract ) of Civil Construction. Recently we have completed a Project of
Special Building Stilt + 4 Consisting 64 flats, on more than One Acre Land in the Primary Location Thiruvanmiyur, Opp. Bus Terminus in the Kamaraj Salai.

The Business is Managed by Mr.S.Chandramouli,B.E who gained experience under the Supervision of his father Mr.J.Seetharaman.

We have dedicated Technical Staff / Skilled workers with good Labour force.

The Project under active move is to build about 180 Residential Apartments with Built up Area 2,00,000 sq.ft. Sprawling over 2 ½ Acres of Land at Zamin Pallavaram, near Nanganallur & Madipakkam.
